Officials said David Saks of San Antonio, president of Handy Dan hardware stores, was driving a 1980 Jaguar late Sunday when he apparently made a wrong turn on a winding road and ran off a boat ramp about two miles north of Startzville. Saks and his son, Ken, escaped from the car and were hospitalized in stable condition. Drowned were Saks' wife, Gloria, 38; his mother, Ethel Saks, 90, and his two daughters, Treci Saks, 11, and Robin Saks, 10. All lived in San Antonio.
