XVII. DATE BY WHICH CIVIL MONEY PENALTIES MUST BE PAID

 	361. The Civil Money Penalties assessed herein must be paid to the 
Treasurer of the United States not later than 5:00 p.m. on the sixtieth 
(60th) day following service of this Notice, except as may be otherwise 
provided by 12 C.F.R. ¤ 509.103(b) (1995). The payment checks shall be 
made payable to the Treasurer of the United States and shall be sent to:
